Bled (Slovenia) April 3, 2024: Gašper Sekelj, the IEDC doctoral student defended his PhD dissertation entitled: " The Impact of “Say on Pay” on Components of Executive Compensation: Evidence from the United States", under the mentorship of Prof. James C. Ellert, IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia; Emeritus, IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.
The defence committee was comprised of Ass. Prof. Niclas Meyer, Assoc. Prof. Hilal Anwar Butt, Prof. Arnold Walravens, Assoc. Prof. Drikus Kriek, Prof. Danica Purg and Ass. Prof. James C. Ellert as Mentor.
