Reinvent Your Employer brand for a post-pandemic workforce

The past two years taught us anything. Surveys and actual situations show that employees are tired of old ways of working. They want renewed working conditions, revised workplace characteristics, career development opportunities, and new and fresh organizational culture. They want to feel a shared company identity, valued by their companies and leaders and enjoy meaningful jobs and communication. We will address all those challenges and changes in our brunch and show how companies could make an effective move based on the realistic current view. We will go through the roadmap of building a company employer brand and employer value proposition and why it must be aligned and supported with the right culture.
