Leadership Wellbeing

Prof. Drikus Kriek, the dean of the IEDC-Bled School of Management, and a clinical psychologist by background, will talk about an important topic of leadership wellbeing and how those in business organisations that are concerned about performance and effectiveness, can assist leaders in being successful and fit for their task. Being aware of the severety of the challenges that leaders face, spotting early on the burnout and derailment signs, and being able to address the situation before it becomes an emergency - are some of the topics that will be covered during the HR brunch.  Moreover, Prof. Kriek will present a Job Vitality framework developed by Nick van Dam focused on Mind, Body and Purpose and how it could be applied in the organisations and particularly when dealing with the leadership wellbeing.
