the lecture
Title: Inspired Leadership
The lecturer Mr. Michael Gutiérrez will use a musical performance as an innovative and effective way to deliver an impactful leadership learning by establishing the important role of emotional intelligence, raising participants’ self-awareness with respect to the participants’ own emotional operating and behaviors, and enhance their emotional competence.
Moreover, all participants to the workshop are asked to bring with them their favourite piece of music (a downloaded file, not streamed at a time of the event) and have a device on which they can listen to it with them (i.e. a phone or a tablet and headphontes) and be ready for an exciting new experience!
