In negotiation, it is not essential who has the better position or greater bargaining power. More important is the way in which we carry out the negotiations. This is among the lessons I learned during the Negotiation Strategy and Skills seminar. In two days, we learned the basics of strategy and negotiation through lectures, examples and work in groups. I recommend this seminar to anyone that is interested in this area.
