IEDC Tokić Chair of Creativity and Innovation was established as a partnership between Tokić Group and IEDC – Bled School of Management in 2022. The cooperation will encompass design and dissemination of innovative study programs, modules and teaching methods aimed at developing creative problem-solving and decision-making capabilities as key to building successful leaders. Module contents will focus on unlocking creative thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making processes that transform creative ideas and complex business problem solutions into action. Research and teaching efforts will thus concentrate on raising awareness of cognitive limitations that hamper human judgements and applying methods and techniques that help foster divergent thinking, facilitate innovative solutions to complex business problems, develop new strategies and make sound decisions in meeting personal, organizational and social challenges.
