The IEDC-Bled School of Management and the HR Club Romania are organising the HR breakfast "Future business challenges in management development needs; answers on the critics of today’s management education" to be held in Bucharest on June 19, 2019 at 09:00 a.m. at the premises of HR Club Romania (Strada Culmea Veche, nr. 2, et. 1, Sector 3, Bucuresti).
The HR breakfast is an excellent format of an event that allows Talent Development Professionals and HR Specialists to network not only with fellow colleagues, but also with management education providers and thinktank.
The lecture "Future business challenges in management development needs; answers on the critics of today’s management education" will be presented by Prof. Danica Purg, the Dean and the President of the IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia, who will highlight the findings of a recently conducted large research on the business challenges faced by the business sector and its respective management and leadership, as well as the experience with education providers and offerings so far and mistakes business schools make in their executive education programs. The research was conducted in 11 countries (Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, and Ukraine) where more than 200 in-depth interviews with CEOs and HRMs were conducted.
The lecture will be followed by an interactive discussion with participants of the HR Breakfast on the realities of different companies and industries.
