Success: HR's role in guiding career success:
The talk will focus on the elements that determine success and how HR can assist employees to craft successful careers. Key aspects of how success are viewed will be discussed and how this could change over time will be addressed. In particular the role of a longer career and the assests that are needed to build a career over a lifetime will be shared. This is particularly important for leaders and managers on all levels of the organisation and will apply to everyone understanding that the demands to be productive will extend to longer periods.
