"Leadership 4.0.: What is needed to meet challenges of the future?”

The world is changing with increasingly challenging demands from a geo-political perspective, organisational changes and different expectations from individuals in organisations. It therefore comes as no surprise that demands put on leaders are also increasingly challenging and they have to be prepared to meet these pressures. In this masterclass we will look at:

• Trends leaders can expect in volatile contexts
• Changes in organisational life
• Perspectives on leadership careers

The class will focus on how leaders can prepare given these contextual demands and what are the skills, competencies and behaviours they need to succeed. In particular focus will be on how they have to create a ˝mindspace˝ wherein team members follow voluntarily.
