Anna-Maria Karl is a Partner at Kienbaum Consultants International, where she leads the HR Executives Practice Group within the Executive Search division. She possesses extensive expertise across all areas of Human Resources, with particular focus on recruiting, talent development, executive coaching, and diversity.

Holding a doctorate in law, she studied law in Germany and abroad and is a member of several academic institutions. She began her professional career at the corporate headquarters of Daimler, where she held various leadership positions in Legal and HR, most recently serving as Head of Global Talent Sourcing.

Anna-Maria Karl is married, has four daughters, and lives in Stuttgart.
