Tetiana Kuzmenko has 20 years of experience in Human Resources across industries of banking, energy and mining, metallurgy, commercial operations & logistics, agriculture and high-end lifestyle management.

Her work focuses on long term talent and leadership development, organizational design and building people systems that support strategic growth in international environments. She has developed multi level talent pipelines and leadership programs in cooperation with London Business School, INSEAD, kmbs and IEDC-Bled School of Management contributing to stronger succession depth and managerial capability across several countries.

In her current role as Head of HR for the Commercial Directorate and Foreign Assets at Metinvest Group, Tetiana oversees cross border HR integration, capability development and the alignment of people management practices for Ukrainian and European production and commercial assets. She follows international HR trends and contributes to professional discussions on talent development, leadership growth and organizational transformation. Tetiana is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian, speaks conversational German and has passive knowledge of French.
