Since the beginning of human history, the life complexity we face today has risen exponentially over the last thirty years. In the fast pace of change and constantly rising expectations, especially in the difficult business and economic times of the last ten years, people face more than ever the challenge of limited resources – both at work and privately. This calls for resilience skills more than ever before as daily stress or challenges like large-scale change, ambiguity and uncertainty often lead to loss of energy, productivity and problem-solving skills, which induces feelings of frustration and despair.
