The Young Managers Program is an international program which provides an overview of the main fields of management and managerial skills. Ideal for first-time managers, the program gives participants a holistic view of their organizations and a better understanding of their managerial roles within them. It also energizes them and integrates them into the impressive international network of IEDC program participants and alumni.

Criteria

We strongly encourage you to apply as soon as possible and no later than May 29, 2026 in order to be prepared for the start of YMP on June 29, 2026.
