Danijela started her career in human resources consulting company Gentis where she worked for the years with different clients and industries in Adria region as Business Development Manager. She continued her career in Styria groups as Learning and Development Manager and later as HR Manager for media company 24sata. Danijela joined HEINEKEN Hrvatska Adria in 2020 leading People function through Covid crisis. In her current role as HR Director and Board member she is especially focused on transformational programmes. Her educational background is in business economics, and she graduated from IEDC Bled School of Management in 2012.
