Maja Fesel Kamenik has an MBA from IEDC-Bled School of Management and PhD in the field of Organizational Psychology.

For over 14 years, Maja has been CEO of HRM One Ltd, specializing in HR development, assessment, consulting, and outsourcing.

In 2020, she founded the Beep Institute, dedicated to achieving business excellence through well-being-focused sustainable development. Her focus is elevating employee well-being, aligned with the Beep Well-being Model's dimensions: Psychological, Physical, and Social.

She has more than 20 years of experience and has been advising various Slovenian and international companies in the field of HR systems, leadership, employee selection, development, and labor law. She as a member of a various Manager's Association Committees and Supervisory Boards Committees.
