Address by the President of the Supervisory Board

For years I have been the president of the IEDC Supervisory Board - a position that arose out of my engagement in Southeast Europe on behalf of the EU, the United States and a lot of NGO’s! Meanwhile, IEDC has developed very impressively, despite the challenging circumstances that it has sometimes had to handle. It is a private initiative and it is very well connected with the whole world. CEEMAN is important for Slovenia and its business community. It gives this country prominence  in the framework of the European Union! I know a lot of teachers at IEDC. You have high international quality in Bled.

The Supervisory Board is eager to follow all the developments, in education, but especially those in the economy. The current development of the economy and the business community, as well as the political issues in Europe and the whole world are becoming increasingly challenging. The Supervisory Board and I are trying to follow this so as to help IEDC improve and grow. This is an outstanding institution, constantly updating its business teaching methods, increasing its efforts in the social domain, and expanding its international connections. Many thanks for all the advice that we get concerning the improvement of this institution, striving to provide the best possible education and valuable information to all those who are interested in improving our world.
