Doctoral level research with a positive impact on society

The DBA program is a four-year doctoral program for experienced professionals and is designed to fit the demanding lifestyles of executives and professionals. The DBA provides the necessary tools to contribute to the creation and dissemination of applied science in the areas of strategy and leadership through rigorous study and tailor-made mentoring. This is provided by our doctoral faculty both through intense and personalized mentorship and during study blocks and seminars at the IEDC. The DBA is designed to be flexible and tailored to the needs and ambitions of the participants.

The DBA program at IEDC is designed for individuals with inquisitive minds and a passion for knowledge. It is for people who seek inspiration, want to make a difference through research and develop as leaders. Besides passion for knowledge, candidates should have:

 

Bologna second level qualification corresponding to 300 ECTS and/or an MBA degree

Five years of management experience

3 letters of recommendation

Proficiency in English
