Partnership between IEDC – Bled School of Management and OnaVe: Launch of the OnaVe Leadership Academy.
IEDC – Bled School of Management and OnaVe are proud to announce a new strategic partnership, built on shared values and a common vision for positive social impact in Slovenia.
The partnership brings together IEDC’s academic excellence, expertise, and mentorship with OnaVe’s strong community, visibility, and advocacy. Together, we are creating a platform for the systematic development of women’s leadership, strengthening skills, confidence, and impact across organizations and society.
A key milestone of this collaboration is the establishment of the OnaVe Leadership Academy, which will be integrated into IEDC’s modular executive education portfolio. The Academy will offer several core modules focused on:
• Leading people and teams,
• Communication and influence,
• Customer- and stakeholder-centric leadership,
• Leading change in complex environments,
• Finance for non-financial leaders.
Beyond the Academy, the partnership also defines a broader framework for collaboration in 2026 and beyond, including cross-organizational knowledge exchange, joint content development, and mutual support in communication and outreach activities.
This partnership is grounded in strongly aligned values: inclusive and responsible leadership, greater visibility and representation of women, and the fostering of trust, collaboration, and empowerment.
