The DBA program is a four-year doctoral program for experienced professionals and is designed to fit the
demanding lifestyles of executives and professionals. The DBA provides the necessary tools to contribute to the creation and dissemination of applied science in the areas of strategy and leadership through rigorous study and tailor-made mentoring. This is provided by our doctoral faculty through personalized mentorship and during study blocks and research seminars at the IEDC. The DBA is designed to be flexible and tailored to the needs and ambitions of the participants.

DBA Program Structure

The DBA program consists of a rigorous program of course work and research. All course work is conducted during the first two years. The third and fourth years of study are dedicated to research, dissertation writing and dissertation defense. Candidates work individually with internationally acclaimed mentors and benefit from interactive research seminars throughout the program.
