ATTENTION IEDC ALUMNI: Register for the IEDC Alumni Refreshment course "Managing Customer Relationships" with Prof. Joe Pons on February 28 in Bled. This time alumni will join our current Executive MBA class to have an extra fun of discussing the case not only with peers but with "fresh MBAs" sitting in the class. 

As usual, reading the case is a must. Luckily, there are a few questions for the case to guide your thoughts about it. However, whether you are thinking in the right direction you will not know until Joe makes you doubt yourself a hundred times:) just kidding!
