About the lecture
Peter Drucker, one of the most widely-known and influential thinkers on management, wrote: " Time is the scarcest resource, and unless it is managed, nothing else can be managed”. Every manager can learn how to manage time, which also means managing priorities. We will look at the causes of wasting time (dealing with details, self-interruptions and interruptions in general), open-door policies, lack of delegation, lack of order in documentation, postponing work for later and, above all, replacing important work with urgent work.
