the lecture?

In this short lecture we shall first briefly touch the question “Why?”. According to our research, company cultures in South-East Europe, even in the companies which are part of global entities, are not fit for giving high level of performance in the business world challenged by many disruptions. We shall look at underlying causes and see what high-performance cultures in the VUCA environment look like as the answer to the question “What?”. Finally, we shall comment on examples of best practices in the process of changing the company culture and the specific role leaders have in that (“How?”).
