About the topic

Making strategic decisions is arguably the most important job of a business leader and in today’s fast-changing world perhaps the easiest to get wrong. Successful decision makers blend the science and art of problem solving into a practical process that allows them to consider their choices both analytically and intuitively. In this course, we will examine the process of strategic decision making, especially in uncertain and risky environments, and develop a practical framework for making effective decisions.
