Ms. Barbara Domicelj is Managing Director of Microsoft Slovenia. She started her career at Microsoft with a successful career as Head of Telesales, then moved through the mid-market to Public Sector Sales, where as Head of Sales she co-created strategic Microsoft projects in Slovenia and built important partnerships in the public sector. As Director of Major Accounts and Partners for Slovenia and Albania, she was responsible for building and leading diverse teams that exceeded planned results. Prior to taking over the management of Microsoft's Slovenian subsidiary, she led the Large Business Sales area across Microsoft's Adriatic region. Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and has furthered her knowledge at INSEAD - The Business School for the World and the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). She is an excellent expert in management and transformation of business culture and is active in the Manager's Association and the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia (AmCham Slovenia).
