Ms. Eva McLellan is General Manager at Roche, Slovenia. She is a global healthcare executive known as a forward-thinking strategist with over a 15-year track record of helping individuals and organizations transform to meet the complex challenges facing healthcare systems and patients today. Her career in biotechnology has spanned numerous local and global leadership roles across Canada, Emerging Markets, BeLux, and Switzerland where she built and led teams tasked with innovating and transforming healthcare systems and pioneering partnerships that deliver value for all.

Eva’s professional experience, and her unique perspective stemming from her upbringing, have taught her that personal transformation is the catalyst and the key to unlocking positive change in business and society. Staying true to her personal mission “to help others tap their fullest potential” and amplify the positive impact on business, people, and our planet, she filters her decisions and actions through this lens.

Currently, Eva is the General Manager at Roche Pharma. In this role, she is focused on building a strong externally facing organization, forging partnerships, and scaling new approaches that shape health systems, improve delivery care, and drive sustainable access to innovation.
