Martina Roša, Human Resources Director for Jamnica plus and Beverages Group division of Fortenova Group, graduated at Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, major in Psychology. 

She has built most of her career in an international and highly dynamic environment of Coca-Cola Hellenic, moving through various roles within the Human Resources department. She is very proud of a strong regional Talent Development team she left behind, which was in numerous occasions recognized for its best practices in developing and retaining talents, within and outside of the organization. 

Beginning of 2019, Martina took over the role of Executive HR Director for Beverages Group division of Fortenova Group. Since, she rebuilt the HR department and steered it up to become a strategic function and true partner to the business. Within this role, she has helped the organization shift to a new business operating model, becoming a multinational, matrix organization and has initiated several developmental projects (Leadership Academy, Sales Excellence Academy, Talent Reviews, etc.), as well as upgrade of total rewards strategies that drive the organization forward in becoming an organization with highly performing and engaged employees and an employer of choice for those to come.

Martina is also a CIPD certified trainer and within her career she has designed and delivered numerous learning programs in leadership, communications and change management domain.
