Andrey Mladentsev, CEO of JSC Pharmaceutical Company "Obolenskoye“, has been working in the pharmaceutical business for 24 years and has extensive knowledge of the industry, processes, governmental regulations, as well as a great expertise in running a successful company. His career in pharmaceutical business started in Nizhpharm in 1994 and by 2007 he was holding a position of a CEO and Chairman of the Board. In 2005 he became a Vice President of Stada AG and served his term until 2007. In 2007-2008 Andrey Mladentsev worked as a Deputy Head of the Russian Drug Administration (Roszdravnadzor) and the following 3 years served as a Chairman of the Board of a specialized pharmaceutical logistics operator FARMAT. Since 2011 and until present Andrey Mladentsev is a CEO of JSC »Obolenskoye«.  Andrey holds a degree with honors from Nizhny Novgorod State University named after Lobachevsky and is an MBA graduate of the IEDC-Bled School of Management (Slovenia).
