Aleksandra Kregar has more than 20 years of
work experience in the corporate world, specializing in strategy and strategic
marketing. She has been in the food industry since 2000 (company Droga); in
2005, she participated in the merger of two Slovenian food companies (Droga and
Kolinska). After the takeover of Droga Kolinska by Atlantic Grupa (2010), she
was responsible for Central Marketing at the group level and was then
responsible for the Corporate Strategy. In 2020, Aleksandra started her career
as an experienced consultant, focused on strategic marketing and, more
recently, helping companies re-think their culture and building attractive
employer brand strategies.
Parallel with the business career, Aleksandra
built her academic career. She completed her MBA in 1996 (IEDC), Master's
studies in 2005 (IEDC) and defended PhD in 2020 (IEDC). Since 2005, she has
lectured at various academic and business events and obtained habilitation and
the title of Assistant Professor.
