Sandra Boss, Senior Managing Director, is Global Head of Investment Stewardship for BlackRock and a member of BlackRock's Global Executive Committee. She is responsible for leading BlackRock Investment Stewardship in all its activities as it engages with companies to promote effective governance and create value for clients.Sandy is a former senior partner at McKinsey & Co. focused on financial institutions, capital markets, and risk management in Europe and the United States. She served at the Bank of England as an external member of the Prudential Regulation Committee and the senior independent member and risk committee chair of the Board that oversees the system used to make high-value payments and implement monetary policy.
