The winning team said: “In our opinion it was an incredible experience. We were able to learn a lot in a short time. We worked hard as a team and at the end it paid off”.
“Based on our opinion it was one of the best experiences until now. We had a real life time thought decision making under time pressure. We are looking forward to be part of IEDC in the future.
The jury members Xhevahir Menedi, Ylli Marku, IEDC MBA alumni, and Prof. Nenad Filipović, IEDC had a tough work, deciding which team prepared the best solution. “The main goal of the competition is to provide participants, who usually are junior and middle management, a perspective on what the business decision-making and business realities look like. It promotes also a different type of thinking when approaching business dilemmas. As the exercise is very intense and people work under stress, team work, exchange of ideas as well as the company culture does help participants to come up with the best solution they can. The Case Study Competition of course also gives participants and companies a sense of what business education is like and what kind of quality of education a school, like IEDC – Bled School of Management, which I’m a graduate of, can provide,” stresses the member of Alumni Club Macedonia, Ante Poposki.
