Senior Management from Luka Ploče has completed the Elevate and Lead Program at IEDC
Bled, May 7, 2024: We are happy to announce the successful conclusion of the Elevate and Lead Program at IEDC, held in collaboration with Luka Ploče's senior management team. This transformative journey wrapped up on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, with a focus on Sustainable Business Models and Strategy, led by Dr. Arnold Smit.
The final module was focused on sustainability in business, equipping the leaders with the tools to integrate ethical considerations into strategic decision-making. A participant insightfully remarked, "Heart level was something I currently don't have... this was a revealing moment for me. Vision is only achieved when we have the same language and connection." This powerful reflection underscores the impact of our program on personal and professional growth.
