The German-Slovene Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Slowenien) in collaboration with the German Embassy in Slovenia and the World Institute for Sustainability and Ethics in Rising Economies (WISE) will traditionally present the German Economy Award. The WISE Institute was founded by the IEDC – Bled School of Management together with three other international renowned Business Schools, including the Cologne Business School among them.
The German Economy Award 2019 will be bestowed to the company with exceptional work in the field of corporate social responsibility; a company which fully implements the sustainable paradigm that largely combines technological opportunities with social and environmental needs, while promoting sustainable business strategies that create value for businesses as well as society.
Nominations for the award are possible until May 20, 2019.
