Bled, 8 June, 2016: Sustainable Organisational Culture and Sustainable Development Goals was a topic of this year’s conference organized by UNGC Slovenija (headquartered at IEDC) and the Ekvilib Institute, in partnership with the Coca-Cola Chair of Sustainable development.
Over 80 participants from business and institutions gathered for the talks and workshops by prof. Mollie Painter Morland (Head of Coco-Cola Chair of sustainable development at IEDC) and Tomás Sercovich (Director of External Relations at Forética, Spain). The two experts delivered on the questions of how to encourage positive/ethical habits while dis-incentivizing unethical and unsustainable ones and what is the correlation between Sustainable Development Goals and business and how the former can contribute to the latter. In workshops participants could tackle with dilemmas in the area of sustainability; preparing an action plan for the SDG’s and shaping an organizational culture.
