About the Healthcare Leadership Excellence Program

The Healthcare Leadership Excellence Program is designed for senior leaders of public and private institutions and companies in the field of healthcare. Its main objective is to help them prepare for the disruptive future, which healthcare faces globally and in the region of South-East Europe. The program is holistic and covers several dimensions of leadership challenges in a coherent way. The participants will not only gain strategic insight into technological, regulatory, demographic, and other sources of disruption, but also  conceptual and practical advice on how to deal with them, both on organizational and personal levels.

Pierre Casse

Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, Russia and IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia

Dr. Pierre Casse is Leadership Chair at IEDC-Bled School of Management. He was a visiting Professor at the IAE University Aix-en-Provence (France), a full Professor at the ULB (Brussels), a visiting Professor at the Kellogg School of Management (Chicago - USA) as well as an Associate Fellow at the Templeton College (Oxford). He was an IMD Professor from 1986 to 1994. He is the “Dean Emeritus” of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership (Steinbeis University-Germany).

He is the CEO of the Business Innovation Network company (registered and located in Switzerland).

His areas of expertise include Organizational Behaviour, the Global Market and the Cultural Differences, International Negotiations and Strategic Leadership. Professor Casse has published more than 15 books in the areas of multicultural management, leadership, intercultural negotiations, and philosophy. Among them: The Making of Culture (2003), The One-hour Negotiator (2005), Philosophy for Creative Leadership (2007), The Philosophical Leaders (2009), Challenging Leadership (2012), Testing Leadership (2014), Learning Leadership (2015), Leadership Without Concessions (2016),  Negotiation for all (2017), Handy Notes for the busy leaders (2018), Leading with Wisdom (2019), Space Leadership (Amazon 2020), Leadership for a new World” (Xlibris, February 2022) and Variations on the Meaning of Life (2024).
