About the Forum
In the Forum we will address the myths of new ways of work by looking at research, best practices and key examples. It will give every manager the opportunity to reflect upon the model they wish for their companies and for their employees. They will get analysis grids, and plenty of ideas to overcome the pitfalls of such a transformation, and avoid falling for the myths. Furthermore, we will elaborate on how the latest developments in talent acquisition and employer branding contribute to the success of an organization. Speakers coming from business and other sectors will share their experiences and insights on the Forum topics.
We invite you to join this exciting event and meet interesting speakers, professionals and colleagues from various industries and countries in the beautiful atmosphere of IEDC and Bled.
