"Digital Transformation: From Myths to Realities" by Dr. Nenad Filipović

While the media and the strategic consultants claim that the influence of digital technology on our companies is overwhelming, many managers do not see that being a reality of their daily business. We shall briefly investigate what is the true situation regarding digital transformation of businesses in our region and what are the implications for the managers responsible for performance of their companies or individual segments within them. In particular we shall focus on understanding the space for changes in the business model, as well as how to effectively lead the transformation process within our scope of responsibility.
