Aleš Falatov is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at SIJ Group, one of Slovenia’s largest companies and the largest industrial conglomerate. In his role, he oversees marketing, corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and business development across the group’s global operations.

He began his career in the financial sector before transitioning to customer facing roles across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining SIJ in 2015, he led sales and marketing for Elit’Avia, a luxury private jet operator, which allowed him to gain invaluable experience in one of the most demanding market segments.

At SIJ, he has been a prominent voice on industry issues in the EU and the world, utilizing his global experience to steer policy towards European industry’s sustainability and competitiveness.
