Currently serving as East Europe Operations Finance Vice President, Anca Cirstea joined Coca-Cola Romania in 1997 as an accountant and grew through key finance roles, contributing to market expansion. From 2015, she led regional finance functions across up to 26 countries, supporting major marketing, product and packaging innovations. In 2018, Anca Cirstea served as South Est Europe Financial Controller, overseeing €100M in marketing with a focus on strategic prioritization and growth. In 2021 she got promoted to the position of Central Europe Finance Director and currently she is the Finance lead of The Coca-Cola Company is the East Europe, a very diverse and dynamic territory of 25 markets, from Switzerland to Ukraine, from Italy to Poland and Baltics States, with a total turnover of 6 billion euros annually.
