Iva Taiber is an experienced leader and business strategist with 20 years of experience. She started her professional career in Coca-Cola and then joined Nestlé in 2002 where she held a number of senior positions within the company. She worked in her home country and abroad, her professional experience gained managing businesses such as Nestlé Professional and Nestlé Purina. In 2016 Iva became a Bord Member holding the position of Head of Communications and Marketing Services covering a broad area from digital transformation to internal communications. In 2019 Iva started her enterprise Next Level Success. She helps organisations and individuals drive their success to the Next Level offering integrated programmes and custom-made workshops in the area of leadership and business transformation.
