Dejan Madjoski is an experienced people management
professional, lecturer and author with more than 17 years of hands-on
professional, management and consultancy experience in the fields of management
and Human Resources, people and leadership development, culture and engagement.
Dejan is the author of more than 100 articles, published in
different languages on more than 20 different web sites. He is the author of
the 10 Minutes Guidebook Series, short guidebooks on management and HR topics,
with more than 10 titles in the series. In 2015 he wrote Managing Project
Teams, his first study book for the lectures at the postgraduate studies.
Following several years of research and practice, in 2017 and
2018, he led the development of the STAR Culture Model, together with the STAR
Engagement Model, STAR Leadership Competences and the TARGET Coaching Model.
The STAR Models are developed around the STAR Culture concept creating a
comprehensive approach from building leadership competences, assessing and shaping
a winning high-performing culture, to driving engagement in a well-planned and
structured way.
Throughout his professional life, he has worked with
organizations from different industries including telecoms, ICT, FMCG, food
& beverages and management consulting. Starting from 2002, he worked with
companies such as T-Mobile, Telekom (Deutsche Telekom Group), as well as,
Heineken and Coca-Cola HBC through their subsidiaries. He led or was part of
numerous projects with these companies, as well as companies such as T-Mobile
International, GIZ, Magyar Telekom, Crnogorski Telekom, Korn-Ferry, Hay Group,
A.T. Kearney, Senn Delaney, different government institutions and
non-government organizations.
Since 2012, Dejan is a visiting lecturer at postgraduate studies
in operational and strategic management, lecturing Project Management, Team
Management and Project Performance Management.
Several years before that, he started working on independent
consultancy projects, training delivery and executive coaching.
