Dominik Gaser has 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, predominantly in the field of cell line development for biological therapeutics.

He joined Lek Pharmaceuticals, now Novartis Company in 2001. His primary field of work has been establishment of cell line development platform and constant improvement through implementation of new technologies, digitalization and automatization of the development processes. 

In the current role he leads Cell and Molecular Biology group in Menges Slovenia and scientific group focusing in successful development of biological therapeutics. In expert role he also evaluates external opportunities through business development and licencing activities.

Dominik Gaser has pharmaceutical background and holds PhD from Faculty of Pharmacy in Ljubljana and MBA from IEDC School of management.
