Klaus Niedl serves as a Global HR Director at a leading gaming technology and gaming operations company NOVOMATIC, that employs cca. 27.000 people and has 300 subsidiaries worldwide, gaming technology and gaming operations.

Before joining Novomatic, Dr. Niedl worked as a Change Manager and HR Director in different international companies in the financial service industry, low cost airline and information service industry. He is teaching at different universities and is specializing in digital transformation topics. At Novomatic he established a Silver Liner Network to encourage retirees to stay in touch with the company.

Dr. Niedl has a PhD in Business from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
