Konstantin Korotov

Professor of Organizational Behavior, ESMT Berlin

Prof. Konstantin Korotov specializes in topics of leadership, change, and executive development. Through his teaching, he supports global executives in embracing opportunities and tackling the challenges of constantly evolving business environments and ever-increasing demands from organizational stakeholders.

Konstantin’s clients, among others, include Allianz, Bosch, Mercedes Benz, Siemens, E.On, RWE, Lufthansa, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bank, Postbank, European Central Bank, B. He has published extensively in academic and practitioner journals, and his comments are often sought by business media. He is an author of multiple best-selling case studies and of eight books.

Prof. Korotov holds a PhD from INSEAD and a master’s degree from NYU. He received training in teaching skills at Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government.
