Marko is a financial expert in corporate finance, analysis and business planning, with over 17 years of experience. He holds a degree in economics and completed his MBA with distinction a few years ago. 

He started his career in investment banking and worked for 5 years at KPMG Business Advisory, where he was mainly involved in corporate valuations and due diligence, financial restructurings and, in recent years, M&A. He has worked with various specialists in the field of tax and corporate law, as well as valuation of companies, real estate, machinery and equipment. 

In addition to several years of independent consulting in M&A and financial restructuring, he has worked in various financial areas in the information technology, aerospace, manufacturing and aviation industries. In recent years, he has held various financial executive positions at Petrol, Burea Veritas, GHH and Marles. Currently, in addition to business consulting, he is involved in project finance and investment project management.
