Nataša describes herself as a passionate Regional HR director with more than 18 years of experience in large FMCG multinational company. Both people but business-oriented, she is an efficient and organized professional with extensive experience in human resources. Nataša has been name the Slovenian HR Manager of the Year 2019.

For the past 9 years Nataša has been working in Atlantic Grupa as a Senior Business partner and Regional HR director, covering Slovenia, Bosnia&Herzegovina as well as Russia. Prioir to joning Atlantic Grupa, she has been working in Droga Kolinska. 

Nataša holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters' degree in General Management.
