Olga has over 10 years in leadership roles in human resources area in various industries (FMCG, Consulting, Pharma). She has an extensive experience in such leading companies as EY, Cadbury, BAT. Prior to joining Sandoz Russia in 2016 as People & Organization Director, Olga led HR function for Russia and Eurasia Area in the biopharmaceutical company “AstraZeneca”.

Olga holds a degree in Economics from the State University Higher School of Economics in Russia. She is a native continuous learner and she studied in the University of Sorbonne, Paris and graduated from a number of executive corporate education programs from MIT, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Cranfield University.

She is a practicing executive coach and her professional passion are sustainable high performance practices and mindfulness at work, cultural transformations and executive leaders development support. In addition, she is a big fan of digital and new technologies and is an active member of Sandoz Global Digital community. Olga is a mother of three kids who love joining her remote meetings and who trained Olga on multitasking and an ability to keep focus.
