Dr P.Casse is Leadership Chair at the IEDC-Bled School of Management and Professor at the Moscow School of Management (Skolkovo-Russia). He teaches at Steinbeis University (Germany), at the IAE of the University of Aix-en-Provence, France (as well as at the Solvay Business School-Brussels) and the Kellogg School of Management (North Western University in Chicago-USA). He is a former Associate Fellow at Oxford and a former full time faculty member at IMD (Lausanne-Switzerland). He held the “Suez Chair of Leadership” at the Solvay Business School (ULB-Brussels) from 2004 to 2006. His areas of expertise include Organizational Behaviour, the Global Market and Cultural Differences, International Negotiations and Strategic Leadership. A prolific writer, Pierre has published books in the areas of multicultural management, Leadership, intercultural negotiations, and philosophy and business (More than 10 books have been published so far-Latest publication: “Philosophy for Creative Leadership-2007). He serves as a consultant to many multinational companies and he is the CEO of “Business Innovation Network” (BIN-Switzerland).
