Orešković founded Bosqar Invest with his life partner Manica Pirc Orešković. A publicly listed company grew from a regional CX&IT services provider into a 22-country, 18,000-employee powerhouse. Through targeted M&A, AI-powered platforms, and new ventures in agri-food, e-commerce, HR and edtech, the group delivered a 62% CAGR between 2019 and 2024.
