Tatjana Krasulja, Vice President at Delhaize Serbia in Ahold Delhaize Group is responsible for Human Resources and Organizational Development leading change in a very demanding and challenging environment of retail industry with 13.000+ associates.
Rich career in global matrix and international companies through various industries, besides retail, was in FMCG ( Atlantic Group), Information technology services (Comtrade Group), Oil Energy (NIS Gazprom Neft), Insurance (UNIQA Life and UNIQA Non life Insurance), Advertising and Media (Ovation Advertising BBD). After graduating in Law at the University of Belgrade, Tatjana started her professional career as a lawyer in building industry, then as an attorney, before moving to Melbourne, Australia. There she was fully devoted to Human Resources, with the special focus to the field of education and employment in a highly multinational environment. Her contribution in that area has been rewarded with the Australian Community Service Award. Her places of residence besides Belgrade and Melbourne were also Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Privately, Tatjana is continuously developing her interests in the field of organizational consulting, systemic psychodynamic approach to organizations and gestalt psychotherapy. She has been also of a great support to her son in his film director’s artistic career and stand behind the successful career of her husband, a professor and doctor of
civil engineering.
