With over 17 years of extensive experience in human resources at INA and MOL Group, Tome took on the role of Human Resources Director for INA Group in 2024. In this position, he leads a team operating across four countries, supporting over 10,000 employees.

Tome joined the INA Group as an employee development expert, quickly progressing to HR partnering. Throughout his journey, he has held various senior leadership roles at INA and MOL Group, where he gained invaluable experience in strategic consulting and implementing innovative HR solutions. His expertise spans diverse sectors, including Exploration and Production, Retail, Industrial and Corporate Services, IT, and Functions.

A strong advocate for professional development and excellence, Tome has successfully completed the prestigious CIPD and SEED programs.
